Sinloc Spa – Sistema Iniziative Locali is a consulting and investment company which operates across the whole national territory.

It promotes economic and social development, especially by means of the realization of local infrastructures,with consultancy and feasibility studies, with investments directed towards public-private partnership projects (concessions, project financing, etc), and favouring access to and efficient use of European funds.

The cap table counts ten foundations originally from the banking sector. Continuous collaboration with the shareholders makes it possible to focus objectives and resources on initiatives targeted at making the reference territory more competitive.
